How to Use
Apply a small amount to the face. For a gentler exfoliation apply to damp skin and use light circular movements. Adding extra water during massage will soften the sugar crystals and create a milder polishing effect.
For more textured or problem prone skin apply to dry skin for a deeper scrub. Use controlled circular movements and avoid excessive pressure.
Remove thoroughly using a warm wet face cloth ensuring all particles are lifted away.
Use one to two times per week depending on skin condition and resilience. Adjust pressure, frequency and water content to suit your skin.
Always take care not to over exfoliate as this may disrupt the lipid barrier leading to sensitivity, dehydration and irritation. Skin should feel smooth and comfortable, never tight or sore.
Follow with a mask, serum and then a moisturiser to restore hydration and maintain barrier strength.
