Correction & Exfoliation
To help your oily skin feel and look healthy, you need a simple, daily skin care routine that will work for your skin type.
Steps 1-3 will really help to improve your skin challenges and allow you to achieve soothed, nourished and revitalised skin.
Step 1 - Cleanse
Use 2 pumps and apply to dry skin then add a little water to lather up, massage for approx 30 seconds.
Rinse with water, which acts like a natural toner and pat dry.
Repeat if necessary, or if wearing make up to ensure skin is thoroughly clean.
Step 2. Exfoliate
Use 2-3 times a week.
Apply a small amount to finger tips – slightly bigger than a pea sized amount.
Initially apply to dry skin as this provides a deeper scrub.
Massage into skin for approximately 15 seconds, longer if required.
If skin feels a little sensitive add a few drops of water to soften the crystals.
Rinse with water and pat dry with a towel.
Step 3. Purify
Use once a week with a possible 2nd or 3rd treatment if problematic skin.
Apply a thin layer all over face. For your first mask only leave on for 5 mins.
This mask makes your skin go red. It is not a reaction.
Build up to leaving on for 20 minutes however, if skin feeling slightly sensitive remove before.
Remove by using a face cloth to remove excess and then rinse with water.
Nourish & Moisturise
Steps 4-6 are all about nourishing your skin. Everyone’s skin needs different amounts of nourishment and hydration at different times of day and even different times of month. For oily skin use these products as outlined below to give you a healthy glow.
Don’t be fooled and think you have oily skin you don’t need to moisturise as you do still need hydration, we have an oil free moisturiser (the plump up) which will be perfect for oily skins.
Step 4 - Hydrate
1-2 pumps used morning and night.
We would advise this as your chosen moisturiser.
Apply to face and eye area. The bonus with this product is it can double up as an eye gel too.
You can always add extra treats for more hydration as and when needed.
For example we often recommend a little extra hydration at night, as this is when your skin rejeuvenates.
Step 5. Treat
